Parowan Campus
Structured Addiction Treatment in Southern Utah
The Parowan campus extends the Lions Gate Recovery model into a setting designed for focus, stability, and disciplined progression through treatment.
Every campus operates under the same clinical philosophy. Clear expectations. Consistent accountability. Integrated mental health care. Measurable progress before increased independence.
Location supports recovery. Structure sustains it.
Levels of Care at the Parowan Campus
Placement at the Parowan campus is determined through clinical assessment and may include:
Movement through levels of care is based on demonstrated stability, emotional regulation, and accountability. Advancement is earned through consistency, not time alone.
A Controlled Environment for Early Recovery
Early recovery is often marked by vulnerability. Exposure to familiar triggers, unstable relationships, or chaotic routines can quickly undermine progress.
The Parowan setting provides distance from many external stressors, allowing clients to focus fully on treatment. However, environment alone does not produce change.
Daily structure includes:
Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Substance use frequently coexists with depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, bipolar disorder, or personality-related instability.
At the Parowan campus, mental health stabilization is integrated into the recovery process rather than treated as a separate service. Addressing both conditions simultaneously reduces relapse risk and strengthens long-term outcomes.
Progression and Independence
As clients demonstrate stability in Residential Treatment, they transition into Day Treatment and Intensive Outpatient when appropriate.
This step-down model allows independence to increase gradually while maintaining therapeutic oversight. The objective is sustainable recovery supported by discipline and accountability.
Family Involvement
When clinically appropriate, family therapy and education are incorporated into treatment. Clear communication and boundary-setting are emphasized to support stability after discharge.
Recovery extends beyond the campus.
Recovery Starts With a Decision
You do not have to wait for things to get worse.
