St George Campus
Structured Addiction Treatment in Southern Utah
The St. George campus serves as one of the primary locations for structured addiction treatment within the Lions Gate Recovery continuum of care.
Located in Southern Utah, this campus provides a focused environment where clients can stabilize, engage in consistent therapeutic programming, and progress through clearly defined levels of care. While the setting offers distance from many external triggers, the clinical model remains the central driver of outcomes.
Recovery here is built on structure, not scenery.
Levels of Care Available in St. George
The St. George campus supports multiple levels of care depending on clinical need. Placement may include:
Recommendations are made through clinical assessment during the admissions process.
Movement between levels is based on demonstrated stability and progress.
Structured Daily Programming
Expectations are clearly defined. Participation is required. Progress is measured through behavior, not intention.
Mental Health Integration
Co-occurring mental health conditions are evaluated and treated throughout the program. Depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, mood instability, and personality-related patterns are addressed alongside substance use.
Integrated care reduces relapse risk and improves long-term outcomes.
Family Involvement
When clinically appropriate, families may participate in therapy and education. Clear communication and boundary-setting are emphasized to support stability after discharge.
Recovery extends beyond the individual.

Environment and Stability
St. George offers a quieter setting that supports focus and separation from destabilizing influences. The environment complements the structured treatment model but does not replace it.
Structure remains the foundation.
