Toquerville Campus

Structured Addiction Treatment in a Focused Southern Utah Setting

The Toquerville campus provides a stable, structured environment for individuals seeking recovery within the Lions Gate Recovery continuum of care.

While location can support focus and separation from destabilizing influences, it is the structure of treatment that drives outcomes. The Toquerville campus operates under the same clinical model as every Lions Gate Recovery location: clear expectations, consistent accountability, and measurable progression.

Recovery here is intentional and disciplined.

Levels of Care at the Toquerville Campus

Placement at the Toquerville campus depends on clinical assessment and level of stability. Programs may include:

Movement between levels is based on demonstrated readiness rather than predetermined timelines.

Integrated Mental Health Care

Substance use often intersects with depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, bipolar disorder, or personality-related instability.

At the Toquerville campus, mental health treatment is not separate from addiction treatment. It is integrated into daily programming to ensure both conditions are addressed simultaneously.

Stability improves when underlying drivers are treated directly.

A Controlled Environment for Early Recovery

Toquerville offers a quieter setting that can help reduce exposure to triggers during early treatment. This separation can be especially valuable during detox and residential stabilization.

However, environment alone does not sustain recovery. Structure and accountability remain central to the treatment model.

Gradual Progression Through Care

As clients demonstrate emotional regulation, consistent participation, and behavioral stability, they transition into step-down levels of care.

The progression from Residential to Day Treatment to Intensive Outpatient is intentional. Independence increases gradually to reduce relapse risk and strengthen long-term stability.

Take the First Step

Recovery Starts With a Decision

Most of our clients arrive in crisis — facing criminal charges, losing relationships, after hospitalizations. But desperation can become transformation.

You do not have to wait for things to get worse.
