Why Families Trust Lions Gate Recovery

Structured Substance Use Treatment in Southern Utah

Lions Gate Recovery provides multiple levels of care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Each program is designed to meet clients at different stages of stability while maintaining consistent expectations and accountability.

Treatment is not one-size-fits-all. Clients are assessed at admission and throughout their stay to determine appropriate placement and progression.

How Our Levels of Care Work

Our programs are structured as a continuum. Most clients begin at the highest clinically appropriate level and step down gradually as stability improves.

Stabilize physically and mentally
Develop coping skills
Address underlying mental health conditions
Practice responsibility in controlled phases
Transition into increasing independence with support

Detox is designed for individuals who are unable to safely stop using substances on their own.

This level focuses on:

Residential Treatment offers 24-hour structured care for those facing repeated relapse, unstable living environments, triggering surroundings, or the need for intensive therapy.

Day Treatment (PHP) offers intensive daytime clinical programming while clients live in structured or approved housing.

This level includes:

Intensive Outpatient allows clients to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities while attending structured therapy multiple times per week.

Sober Living provides structured housing for individuals who need continued accountability in a supportive environment.

This level supports:

Many individuals entering treatment experience underlying mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, or bipolar disorder.

All levels of care incorporate mental health assessment and appropriate therapeutic intervention. Addressing both substance use and mental health is essential for long-term stability.

Family Involvement

When appropriate, families are included in the treatment process. Addiction affects entire systems, and sustainable recovery often requires improved communication, boundaries, and realistic expectations.

Family involvement may include:

Education

Family therapy sessions

Progress updates

Structured visitation when clinically appropriate

Recovery Starts With a Decision

Most of our clients arrive in crisis — facing criminal charges, losing relationships, after hospitalizations. But desperation can become transformation.

You do not have to wait for things to get worse.
